Fee Policy
Fees are payable by the due date unless there is a prior arrangement under special circumstance. Early Bird price: 2 weeks before term commences. Standard Price: payment due by first class. If payment is not completed before commencement, your place will be cancelled.

Tuition is provided on a per term basis. There are no refunds or credits for missed lessons. Two make-up classes are permitted if time and space is available in other classes.

Class fees
For all classes the full registration fee includes a non-refundable $60 deposit for class materials and Music Together® administration fee. Prior to class commencement (before the first day of term) Fiddlesticks can refund the remaining payment made if a family decides to cancel the enrolment, but the deposit will be withheld to cover the administration and supplies costs.
If a class is cancelled by the centre and a replacement teacher is unavailable, the missed class fee will be rolled over as credit for the following term or refunded should you wish to discontinue. You will be notified by text or email of cancellation.

Refunds or class credits are not issued unless in the extreme case of medical or family emergency i.e., Death, debilitating injury.




After class commencement, no refunds or class credits will be given for non-emergency reasons, such as nap times, lateness, conflict with another activity or starting preschool or Childcare.

There is no guarantee that class times can be moved or changed once signed up. Please choose your classes carefully, as registrations are final once completed.


Covid Safe Conditions
In signing up for classes you agree and adhere to our Covid Safe plan. If you display any flu-like symptoms, you must remain at home until symptoms subside fully. In the case of State lockdown, Online classes via Zoom or recorded class content will be offered in place. There are no refunds, class credits or make up classes available due to lockdown or if restrictions on in-person classes are implemented by the government.
